Tool load monitoring
This tool load monitoring is for drilling and tapping. The example from Caron Engineering shows how the system verifies the drilling and tapping of 80 holes. The monitoring checks the machine power load and compares it with the expected load. With this information, the machine knows if a hole has been successfully drilled, prior to the tapping operation. With this many holes to complete, knowing if a tool has broken will avoid much more serious damage to the machine or subsequent tooling and the component itself. Read mor here

It's very interesting how it can detect a hole has been drilled and can also tell when the drill bit has been damaged.
That's some impressive drill press technology.
many thanks
You should always use a monitoring tool to keep track of your web servers. Such tools make sure that your servers never go down and you always have a way to check if they are up. There are a lot of web server monitoring tools out there and you can use any of the top ones to your liking.
