DAVI Brings the Future to FABTECH 2023
In a direct response to market needs, DAVI is bringing a clear vision for the future to FABTECH 2023, September 11-14 in Chicago. In their booth , the company will focus on automation capabilities of their plate and angle rolling machines, offer demonstrations and provide direct access to field service engineers. Visitors to the booth will be the first to see DAVI’s newest innovation, which will shift the paradigm of plate rolling technology for the industry.
Manufacturers have long relied on DAVI’s Research & Development department for customization, specialized plate rolling consultation and the patented, fully automatic Servo-TronicÒ parallelism control system. DAVI’s celebrated R&D team will take center stage at FABTECH with the world premiere of the company’s new plate rolling technology ahead of EMO the following week.
“Introducing a new product that moves our industry forward is how we became a leader in plate and angle rolling,” says Ettore Giambetti, General Manager for DAVI, Inc in the United States. “We made history with innovations in hydraulics, planetary guidance, four-plate rolling and automation. Attendees at FABTECH will be the first to see the newest chapter in plate rolling technology.”
With an emphasis on automation, DAVI will also feature two, 4-roll plate rolling machines. From the MCA series, a highly accessorized MCA 1513 plate rolling machine equipped with overhead and side support will demonstrate DAVI’s ability to customize for every industry sector. DAVI’s MCB 4-roll plate rolling machine is distinguished by its closed frame, which is the most rigid and compact in the industry and results in unmatched repeatability. Planetary guides and the company’s Servo-Tronic system allow manufacturers to achieve the tightest diameters per capacity in the industry.
DAVI’s MCP 9 and MCP 18 3-roll, double pinch angle roll machines feature three independent motors to improve handling and operation safety. Equipped with DAVI’s exclusive Torque Management System (DTMS), machines in the MCP series feature three independent hydraulic motors, which allow for optimum power control.
All DAVI machines include planetary guides technology, which results in maximum performance. All featured DAVI machines at FABTECH also include automated functionality, making them ideal for meeting on-going workforce challenges.
Finally, congruent with the hands-on customer service philosophy of their field service engineers, DAVI will have multiple members of their U.S. customer support team on hand for one-on-one consultative conversations with current and future customers. Live demonstrations will take place several times each the day throughout the booth.
