Weave Robotics plans to begin Isaac 1 deliveries this fall, entering the consumer market with a wheeled home humanoid built for everyday chores. The San Francisco startup is pricing the robot at $7,999 or $449 per month, targeting tasks such as folding laundry, tidying rooms, making beds, and putting away toys.

Hardware and Workspace Range

Isaac 1 is built in San Francisco with a solid inner structure wrapped in customizable fabric shells. The robot runs on a wheeled base, uses two arms, and is equipped with two-finger parallel grippers. Its collapsible torso adjusts from 3 ft. (0.9 m) to 5 ft. 9 in. (1.7 m), allowing it to reach different heights, and can collapse to remain out of sight when inactive.

Autonomy and Control

For household mobility, Isaac 1 includes autonomous navigation to move from room to room. Users can schedule tasks through a companion app and remotely access the robot. The head cameras include shutters to provide a clear physical indication of when the robot is working.

Power and Uptime

Weave Robotics is sizing the product for all-day use. Isaac 1 carries an eight-hour battery and requires a two-hour recharge time, a cycle intended to keep the robot available across multiple shifts of household work.

From Isaac 0 to Isaac 1

Isaac 0, the predecessor, was designed for folding clothes at laundry services and in homes. Weave Robotics said it can be installed in an afternoon and starts working immediately.

“Isaac 0 can be installed in an afternoon and gets the job done from Day 1: Plop it anywhere with a desk in your home, plug it into a regular wall outlet. Drop a load of laundry and walk away: Isaac 0 works for 30 to 90 minutes, and you’ll return to find clean stacks of clothes waiting for you.”

Continuous Improvement

Isaac 1 receives ongoing updates and learns from usage, with Weave Robotics positioning the platform to improve capabilities over time after delivery.
