The Qualification

ROBOZE's ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED 3D printing platform has been qualified by Airbus for the production of flight-ready secondary structural parts. The platform uses ULTEM 9085 filament, and the combination of machine and material meets Airbus requirements across mechanical performance, flame retardancy, repeatability, process control, and traceability.

Notably, the qualification was achieved without dedicated material formulations. Standard ULTEM 9085 filament, running on the ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED, is sufficient to meet the aerospace requirements.

What the Qualification Validates

Beyond the machine itself, the qualification validates ROBOZE's manufacturing process, thermal management architecture, and production controls. That matters for distributed production: components produced on ARGO 500 HYPERSPEED Mission Ready systems can achieve consistent and repeatable performance across distributed manufacturing environments worldwide.

ROBOZE says the aerospace manufacturer will see significant reductions across procurement complexity, inventory management, and material qualification barriers.
