The acquisition brings together Archer's advancements in air taxi technology, UAS, and AI with Wisk's pioneering work in eVTOL aircraft. Wisk has developed six generations of eVTOL aircraft and conducted over 1,700 flight tests, showcasing its commitment to innovation and safety. This extensive experience, combined with SkyGrid's leading ground-based air traffic management solution and Insitu's robust UAS portfolio, will significantly enhance Archer's capabilities.
