A new beta feature reads information directly from the 3D model, enabling engineers to identify issues earlier in the design process. - **Enhanced Assembly Management**: Windchill assembly loading is now up to 70% faster for remote users working with large CAD assemblies over a wide-area network, significantly improving productivity for distributed teams. - **Expanded Simulation Coverage**: The software now offers broader simulation capabilities for assemblies and electronics-related scenarios, supporting more comprehensive design validation. - **Advanced Manufacturing Tools**: 5-axis toolpath options have been expanded, and toolpath setup workflows have been updated. New mold design options and transition calculations are now available, with calculations up to 60 times faster. - **Generative Design Enhancements**: Design optimization in the assembly context has been improved, with broader multiphysics scenarios and additional constraint cases to support more complex design requirements. - **Design for Electrification**: Updated workflows for harness assembly design and early cable routing facilitate better coordination between electrical and mechanical engineering teams.
