At MACH 2026, Mills CNC will be unveiling an impressive array of advanced machinery and automation solutions in Hall 19, Stand 110. The company, known for its role as the exclusive distributor of DN Solutions’ and Zayer machine tools in the UK and Ireland, will showcase 11 multi-axis and multi-tasking machine tools, alongside three SYNERGi automation systems. This lineup includes several machines making their debut at the MACH Show, highlighting the depth and versatility of DN Solutions’ offerings.

The milling section of the exhibit features a standout selection from DN Solutions’ DVF range, including two DVF 4000 models and a DVF 5000Mk II, all equipped with the latest Fanuc CUFOS or Siemens ONE control systems. The DVF 5000Mk II will be integrated with a multi-level automatic workpiece pallet-changer (AWC), significantly boosting productivity and flexibility. Mills will also present a new, large-capacity NHP 5000 horizontal machining centre with a linear pallet system, offering a compact and modular automation solution that enhances productivity and process efficiencies. Additionally, the lineup includes two models from DN Solutions’ popular DNM 3-axis vertical machining centre range: a Siemens-controlled DNM 4500 and a Heidenhain-controlled DNM 6700.

Turning enthusiasts will not be disappointed, as Mills will display a 6” chuck Lynx 2100SYA lathe, known for its Y-axis, sub-spindle, and driven tooling capabilities, alongside an ultra-productive 10” chuck TT2100SYYB twin-turret/twin-spindle turning centre with dual Y-axis features. These machines are designed for fast, small part processing in a single setup, catering to the needs of component manufacturers. The lathe lineup is further complemented by the new, heavy-duty 18” chuck Puma (PV6300M) vertical turning lathe, equipped with driven tooling.

For those interested in mill-turn technology, Mills will showcase two high-performance machines: the DNX 2100SB and the SMX 2100STB. The DNX 2100SB, an entry-level mill-turn machine with an advanced Fanuc CUFOS control, is equipped with two built-in spindles, a 12,000rpm B-axis milling spindle, and a 60-tool ATC, making it ideal for quick, small-batch machining. The SMX 2100STB, a well-established machine from DN Solutions’ best-in-class SMX series, is a 9-axis machine with two opposing spindles and a 12,000rpm B-axis milling spindle, offering exceptional multitasking capabilities.

Mills will also exhibit a powerful, large-capacity Zayer ARION horizontal bridge-type milling machine, featuring a bridge and RAM configuration. This machine, with its 2000mm distance between columns, 24kW/6,000rpm spindle, and rapid rates of 30m/min, is designed for processing large and complex components in aerospace, automotive, rail, power generation, and mould and die applications.

In addition to the machinery, Mills will unveil three advanced SYNERGi workpiece load/unload systems in a dedicated AUTOMATION HUB/ZONE, incorporating the latest 3D machine vision solutions with AI technology. These systems are designed to deliver outstanding productivity and process efficiency, and can be integrated with DN Solutions’ lathes, machining centres, and mill-turn machines to create fast and flexible automated manufacturing cells.

Mills CNC’s Group CEO, Tony Dale, emphasised the company’s commitment to showcasing cutting-edge technology: “MACH is an important marketing event in our calendar. Once again, we’re pushing the boat out this year’s MACH Show and, with an emphasis on automation and multi-tasking processing, will be showcasing 11 machine tools and three SYNERGi automation systems from what is the largest stand at the event.” The CNC Training Academy will also be present, demonstrating its digital twin technology and training courses for CNC programmers, operators, and CAD/CAM users.
